Roku Gin Summer Terrace

For a Suntory Roku gin summer pop-up, I created a unique concept for the food and drink menu (kakigori cocktails and original takoyaki), collaborated with designers to install a Japanese garden, sourced a retro kakigori machine from Japan, and arranged a takoyaki masterclass for the London chefs with takoyaki experts from Otafuku headquarters in Japan. I hosted takoyaki cooking classes, kokedama moss ball workshops, and a Tanabata Star Festival to deepen the brand experiences.
