Japanese drinks

I love collaborating with restaurant teams to create experiences around Japan's national drinks - sake, shochu and awamori. I am a certified Sake Sommelier by the Sake Service Institute in Tokyo and curate and host Sake Supper Clubs, Japanese Drinks Dinners, and Cocktail Masterclasses.
