Sake bars at the British Museum

While at Japan House London, I arranged a DASSAI sake bar as part of a Late event coinciding with the British Museum’s Manga マンガ exhibition. The bar, in the British Museum’s Great Court, served DASSAI sake and a manga-inspired fashion presentation was put on by students from the University of the Arts London (UAL) and six Japanese fashion schools, having been mentored by iconic Japanese fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto. I also arranged pop-up sake bars at the British Museum for a series of anime film screenings, and during the Hokusai: Beyond the Great Wave exhibition.
