For Sachi Japanese restaurant in London I was involved from the beginning, guiding menu development and sourcing artwork, uniforms, ceramic tableware, lacquerware miso soup bowls, chopsticks, and glassware from craftspeople and makers across Japan. I procured Japanese ingredients never before available in London, and secured coverage for Sachi’s opening in the likes of Wallpaper* (see PR section for more).
